Southern Merchant offers the following Returns Policy:You have 7 days to return equipment from the time you receive it. Total amount of purchase will be refunded except shipping cost. The customer is responsible for any damage cause or missing items that came with the equipment when return to us. Any deductions from the total amount due to missing items or equipment being damaged while in customers possession will be notified to customer. Any software purchase from us and sent back for refund needs to be unopened. There will be no exceptions to this store policy. All brand new equipment and recertify come with one year Manufactures warranty (30 days exchange from us,there after from Manufacture).
Any equipment sold as used will only have 7 days warranty or return from the time you receive it.

To return non defective, wrong equipment purchase there is a 25% restocking charge. Return must be in original package, no missing items and customer will pay for return shipping.
